The brief: how can gamification of womanswear shoe brand, Kat Maconie’s online and instore retail experience engage with a younger audience and develop into a fun, distinctive user experience?

Begin by understanding the diverse customer personas who are interested in Kat Maconie's shoes. Identify their different preferences, style choices, and occasions for which they might wear the shoes. This information will be crucial for personalization.
Create an online platform or app that allows customers to customize their shoes. The platform should be user-friendly, offering a wide range of customization options. These options could include selecting shoe colors, materials, heel types, embellishments, and more.
Implement an interactive virtual try-on feature that enables customers to see how their customized shoes would look in a virtual environment. This helps them visualize their choices and make more informed decisions.
